**Infrastructure Analyst**
**The Position**
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Infrastructure Analyst to join our IT team based in Bradford.
The Role is providing technical support for all internal end user software, hardware and connectivity.
Supporting 2000+ end users across EMEA good communication skills will be vital, as well as the ability to diagnose issues, identify a fix and own the issue through to resolution.
The primary objective is to deliver a 1st class customer experience and minimise down time.
**Areas ofresponsibility**:
Provide hands on and remote support for desktops, laptops and other IT hardware
Including builds, installation, troubleshooting and configuration.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems and the Microsoft Office suite including Office 365
Experience managing Windows 10 devices using SCCM
End user account administration (password resets, group management etc)
Understanding of networking technologies (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DHCP and DNS)
At least one year of Desktop Support experience in a large corporate environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills with driven, pro-active, can do attitude.
Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss technical solutions using basic explanation.
Ability to work on own initiative, address and resolve problems in a busy environment.
A passion for customer service with an active interest in IT
Adhere to asset management procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
To always be willing to carry out any other reasonable request
Logging & updating support tickets on ServiceNow
Create and maintain Knowledge base articles
**Who we are looking for**:
Knowledge troubleshooting Windows devices
Knowledge of supporting Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365
Understanding of VoIP Phone System technology
Knowledge of Mobile Device Management using MS Intune
Knowledge of SCCM
Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
