Beauty Agent

A Global artist management company (who work primarily in the fashion, beauty and lifestyle industries) are recruiting for a Beauty Agent to sit within the beauty division. The company represent a diverse roster of photographers, directors, set designers, stylists, make-up artists, hair stylists and manicurists, and focuses on nurturing emerging talent & creatives whilst supporting the career goals of well-established artists.
**Key Duties**:
- Managing team of producers and agents
- Planning strategy for the division
- Overseeing division figures and targets
- Strategy career planning for the artists
- Sales meetings for artists
- Building and maintaining relationships with beauty brands
- Brand endorsement contracts
- Diary Scheduling
- Rate & usage negotiations
- Estimates/ Contracts
- Pitching beauty stories
- Researching new teams to work with (photographers, stylists, creative directors,
directors, beauty editors)
- Researching new clients for artists to work with
- Investigating new fashion brands & editorial titles and developing relationships with them
- Sales in Paris (we regularly do sales meetings there)
- Scouting new talent, photographers, stylists, set designers hair & make-up artists
- Portfolio updating for the artists
**The company are offering a hybrid role with an excellent salary / benefit package. There will also be the opportunity of international travel**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: Hybrid remote in London, E8 2BT
