**The role is office based working from our Studio in Salford, M50.**

**About the role**

We are looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic photographer to join our team.

You must be enthusiastic about photography and have a keen interest in football, fashion and streetwear. You will join a growing company and will be expected to use a range of photographic techniques and marketing mediums (eCommerce and social).

You will be the leading figure in the photography team, responsible for photographing high-quality eCommerce products at volume.

You will report directly to the Directors and social media manager and you will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced office environment.

Previous experience in photographing sportswear and fashion is essential, as well as good knowledge of photography and photographic lighting/techniques (studio, still life and social).

**Key tasks**
- Shooting high-quality flat-lay product images at volume for a wide range of collections.
- Prepping your working set and checking that all equipment is fully functional and correctly maintained to enable us to produce imagery on time and to brand standards.
- Image selection, naming, cropping and processing of all images shot, maintaining file size and any relevant specifications for our eCommerce platform and social media marketing.
- Meeting daily and weekly shooting schedules whilst maintaining the highest quality photography standards.
- Working with the wider creative and eCommerce team to develop concepts and plan shoots for the website and social media content.
- Shooting, editing and retouching images with the use of Capture One and Adobe Photoshop.
- Video creation using Premier Pro software
- Capable of managing own time and working with team members on set to ensure workload is completed to a high standard.

**About you**:

- You can demonstrate your photography skills through examples of product imagery as well as pre-production and post-production steps.
- Capture One, Premier Pro and Photoshop practical skills are essential.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume and demanding e-commerce environment is essential.
- You're a team player who is reliable, creative and enthusiastic.

- You have an exceptional eye for detail.
- Video editing skills for professional content, previewing store events and social media output.

**Working Days**:

- Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
- Full-time position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm, Internship

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
