**The role**
The digital experience is at the heart of the relationship between the brands and their customers. Our client aims to offer internet users with the best tech for online interactions, whether that be through a computer, mobile or tablet.
As part of the Business Services Activation Stream, this role will work collaboratively across different teams and markets around the world, building and enhancing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
**As a Manager, Product Data you will**:
- Collaborate with Product and Implementation teams, understanding stakeholder requirements relating to data development and management.
- Oversee the product rules engine, identifying, selecting and implementing trends, patterns, facts, priorities, interdependencies and exclusions that support the development of the product rules engine.
- Develop an understanding of the product data structure, and how this relates to marketing business units.
- Manage solution implementation for data integration - including APIs, data loading and transformation.
- Drive the development and implementation of the product rules engine, optimising and automating processes within data driven pages that support the customer journey.
- Collaborate with Product teams, collecting, defining and documenting business requirements.
- Ensure that the product rules engine is flexible to cater for stakeholder requirements across multiple markets.
- Design and manage the structure of the product rule repository, developing and managing the processes around repository management including rules lifecycle and governance.
- Ensure accurate product rules and product data is available to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide reporting and analysis to teams to ensure optimum maintenance for existing and upcoming products.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure data dependencies are accurately assessed and a standardised approach is shared and implemented across markets.
**We would like you to have**
- Strong technical knowledge of data integration approaches and delivery.
- Knowledge of platform development support tools such as a Jira.
- Experience in the digital transformation space, with a focus on improving customer-facing digital solutions.
- Worked in an Agile environment.
- Driven improvements on a global technical solution.
- The ability to showcase your stakeholder management, organisation, prioritisation, presentation, problem-solving and analytical skills.
