**CALLING ALL LAUNDRY ATTENDANTS THAT ARE AVAILABLE TO START WORKING ASAP **

We're seeking Laundry Attendants to weave their magic into every thread of our team. If you're passionate about precision, love making linens lavish, and thrive in a fresh, fast-paced environment, this is your spin cycle moment

**LAUNDRY ATTENDANT MAIN DUTIES**:

- To process staff and guest laundry in house, including express and regular service
- To process staff and guest pressing in house, including express and regular service
- To handle guest laundry with extra care by following SOPs and LQA standards.
- To report any discrepancy and faults in the garments to Senior Valet/Assistant Laundry Manager immediately.
- To handle guest billing accurately by posting them into the micros system on timely manner and correctly.
- To follow up on every special instruction requested by the guests.
- To be able to carry out seamstress work
- To keep a good record of the garments received, processed, and delivered in the folder.
- To be responsible to handover to the next shift with good follow up to ensure guest satisfaction is not compromised.
- To carry daily routine cleaning of the laundry room and uniform room and storage according to schedule and as instructed by the Senior Valet/Assistant Laundry Manager.
- To be able to communicate confidently via telephone and face to face to guests and staff regarding laundry related matter.
- To handle guest belongings found in the garment with care and return them in an envelope with the processed laundry to the room
- To assist and cover the Linen Room work when required/rostered.
- To assist in any way that may be necessary to ensure the efficiency and smooth running of the Housekeeping Department.
- To carry out any reasonable requests made by management.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and able to maintain a positive, appropriate relationship with all guests.
- Methodical and attentive to detail.
- Previous experience as a laundry attendant
- To be a team player.
- Able to communicate clearly
- A strong work ethic with a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Show respect and appreciation to all.

**PAY RATE**

£13.23 per hour
