**Job Title**: Junior Estimator - Primary Contractor

**Location**: Lichfield

**Salary**: Negotiable, £28,000 - £33,000

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of estimates and cost plans
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents
- Assist in the preparation of bills of quantities
- Assist in the preparation of valuations
- Assist in the preparation of final accounts
- Assist in the preparation of cost reports
- Assist in the preparation of cash flow forecasts
- Assist in the preparation of risk assessments

**Requirements**:

- University degree in surveying or estimating (desired)
- Previous experience in estimating (desired)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
