A position has arisen for an M&E Surveyor within a highly regarded commercial organisation based in Bedfordshire. This is a key role carrying out building surveys for a six month temporary placement.

Your duties will include:

- Responsible for completing mechanical and electrical building surveys within a commercial environment
- Resolve maintenance issues and monitor contractors on site
- Survey building systems including heating and ventilation
- Collate detailed information accurately
- Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks
- Ensure statutory building regulations are met and understand the implications of Health & Safety regulations
- Update records to reflect surveys
- Previous experience within building surveying, ideally with a mechanical bias
- Must have a full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
