- motivated, caring and compassionate Senior Support Worker (Team Leader) at our supported living premises in _**
**_Stechford_**
**_ which is home to adults with learning disabilities, autism and enduring mental health issues.This is an intensive role, so previous experiance within the Health and Social Care sector is essential._**

- This is no ordinary job. Here at Aspirations Care you will offer individual support and encouragement to help some amazing people whilst helping them live a fulfilling and independent life._

What will the job involve?_**
- _ Being a positive and motivational role model for our Support Workers_
- _ Interviewing and training new employees to a high standard_
- _ Identifying opportunities for further staff training and development through the use of observation and supervisions_
- _ Producing and implementing quality staff rotas_
- _ Communicating company information and updates to the relevant parties_
- _ Ensuring all reports are completed for regulatory bodies, including CQC/HSE_
- _ Reporting all safeguarding concerns to the local authorities safeguarding board and CQC if relevant_
- _ Maintaining and quality checking records to ensure care plans and risk assessments are kept up to date _
- _Ensuring the dignity, respect, safety and well-being of all people we support is maintained to protect them from all forms of abuse in conjunction with the Company’s Policy and Procedures/ Care Standards guidelines_
