**Marketing Executive**

**1 x Fixed term role (12 months)**

**Dual location - London/Home - You will need to be able to attend the London office once a week**

**About the role**

The National Marketing Fundraising team is responsible for through-the-line marketing of some of Macmillan’s most successful mass participation events, including Coffee Morning and Brave the Shave, and Macmillan’s individual giving portfolio of prize
- and cause-led fundraising products.

As a Marketing Executive in the team, you will deliver high performing marketing campaigns across a range of products and channels, including direct mail, digital and telemarketing. Your campaigns will be instrumental in generating vital income which will enable us to continue to support more people living with cancer, and in supporting the delivery of the overarching product marketing strategies.

As part of the National Marketing Fundraising team, you will have a great opportunity to deliver sector leading marketing experiences in a competitive market with a brilliant, collaborative team around you. **About you**

You will have demonstrable experience of delivering marketing campaigns, ideally with a focus on direct response. You will have an analytical mind, a creative eye and a passion for driving improvement in marketing performance.

You will be data-driven in your approach to campaign delivery, demonstrating a great attention to detail, particularly around monitoring and reporting against campaign performance, using data to inform optimisation decisions across campaigns to drive maximum value.

You will have delivered compelling and insight-led creative and have experience of developing excellent data briefs, enabling you to maximise campaign efficiency and ensure we are reaching the right supporters.

Your excellent communication skills will be essential in building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
