Warehouse Supervisor

The Recruitment Co are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our client in Widnes on a permanent basis.
A large 3PL is looking to appoint an experienced Warehouse Supervisor in our Widnes Distribution Centre to assist the Warehouse Manager, to ensure all customer and business requirements are met by overseeing product movements at the depot, ensuring excellencein service and developing staff to fulfil customer orders.
**The Role**:

- Ensure picking and packing, movement of goods e.g., goods in, and special targets are met
- Ensure that maintenance and improvement of housekeeping is followed throughout working hours to ensure that all aspects of Health & Safety policies and procedures are complied with.
- Ensure that the equipment necessary for performing the duties is maintained eg, Personal Protective
- Equipment, Manual Handling Equipment, Hand Tools, advising appropriate person if remedial action is required.
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in managing the team, taking prompt and appropriate action to correct any shortfalls in order to identify preventative measures and continuously improve performance and achieve individual and team objectives based on daily KPI's.
- Ensure that subordinate staff have clearly defined roles and objectives and that they are trained, developed and motivated to achieve required standards of performance

A valid counterbalance licence is required for this role.

£2600 attendance bonus payable for 100% attendance
23 days of holiday plus bank holidays
**Salary**:
£26500 per annum + £2600 bonus payable for 100% attendance.
**Hours of work**:
Monday to Friday
06:00 -14:00 & 14:00 -22:00 ( rotating weekly)
Overtime available paid at x.15 and x2 during weekends.
