As the Private Client Tax Director, you will provide strategic tax advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients, managing their complex tax affairs with expertise and diligence. This role will also see you participating in business development activities, driving growth and cultivating enduring client relationships. **Key Responsibilities**
- Provide expert tax advisory services to a portfolio of high-net-worth clients
- Manage complex tax affairs with a strategic and client-focused approach
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a dedicated team of tax professionals
- Participate in business development initiatives to drive growth
- Foster enduring client relationships through exceptional service
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and stay abreast of the latest changes in tax legislation

**Requirements**:

- CTA qualified (or equivalent)
- Extensive experience in a tax compliance role at senior management level or above
- Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and developing teams
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and client management skills
- An in-depth understanding of tax legislation and compliance procedures
- Demonstrable commitment to continuous learning and professional development

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £75,000.00-£110,000.00 per year
