Our Human Resources team support the management team to deliver best practice in all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Post Graduate HR Coordinator to join this fast paced and busy team.

**As a Post Graduate HR Coordinator** **your responsibilities will include, although are not limited to**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- To follow promote and enforce relevant SOPs, Job Aids and Company policy and procedure
- Along with your Group HR colleagues, be the first point of contact for queries coming into the HR Department
- Short term sick handling - manage the process associated with the management of short term sickness absence
- Provide administration and HR support for the HR team
- Departmental filing / housekeeping and scanning
- Ensure all organisational charts are accurate and up to date
- Keep up to date with employment legislation and good practice and recommend improvements to the HR Manager
- Inform relevant departments of all new starters, leavers and internal moves
- Assist the HR Manager with note taking, meeting attendance or other HR issues as required
- Assist with specific projects, as and when required
- Support the input of the new starters information on the HR system
- Ensure that the HR Department is covered at all times between the core operating hours 9am - 5pm
- Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation. Promote people’s equality, diversity and rights in all actions and activities
- Establish, develop and maintain effective and credible working relationships throughout the organisation
- Maintain professional HR integrity and confidentiality ensuring that confidentiality and data protection requirements are maintained and adhered to
- Collate information to produce the monthly reports as required
- Create the employee contracts for the HR team review & sign off

**HR Systems**
- Maintaining the HR system within the boundaries of Company policy and GDPR requirements.
- Supporting employees on the HR system - including training new starts and developing self-service capability across the business.
- Collating and analysing people metrics to shape and drive local action plans for e.g., attrition, absence, overtime, recruitment, engagement and performance.
- Monthly payroll processing

- Act as an ambassador for the business, presenting the Group in a positive way with clients, customers, and colleagues.
- Work flexibly and efficiently to meet customer needs, whilst maintaining the highest possible professional standards.
- Always maintain confidentiality and security.

**To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate**:

- Strong Administration skills
- High level of confidentiality
- Confident dealing with managers and employees at all levels
- English and Mathematics GCSE grades A-C (or equivalent)
- Highly computer literate; experience operating with all Microsoft Office software
- Flexibility and willing to learn

**Hours of work are 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
