Position: Machine Minder
Location: Deeside
Hours: 24/7 shifts

**Salary**: £25, 874p/a

Our client is a well-established manufacturing company based in Deeside and due continues growth and expansion are looking for 6 x Machine Minders to join their team. Previous experience within a production environment and flexible on working ours is desirable.

**Duties**:

- Operate within Company safety policy at all times.
- Knowledge and ability to utilize all inspection machinery to achieve highest possible quality with maximum output and minimum waste.
- Maintain a tidy work area at all times.

Skills and Experience:

- Knowledge of procedures for inspection rewind.
- The ability to fault find and problem solve.
- Display an excellent eye for detail.
- Some mechanical skills, basic routine maintenance (including weekly safety and maintenance checks on all equipment).
- Previous experience within a busy manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work under own initiative.
- Problem Solving.
- Record Keeping.

The role involves some physical activity e.g. lifting & bending.
