Parts Advisor

ABC Auto Factors Limited has been established for 35 years, we are a family run business operating in the Automotive Aftermarket supplying garages and retail customers in the surrounding counties of Buckinghamshire and Berkshire.

As part of our ongoing growth, we have a vacancy within our busy sales counter for a Parts Advisor. As a Parts Advisor, you will be involved in all areas of the branch and its operation with a primary focus on maintaining and expanding our local customer base.
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts
- Previous experience working in a motor factor, dealership parts department, trade counter or call centre where repeat business is a key objective
- Experience of using computer based cataloguing systems
- Experience in building and maintaining good customer relationships
- Track record of delivering great customer service and being customer focused
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work within a team
- Ability to multitask and work within fast paced environments
- Commitment to learn, develop and progress
