You will be working in the Forest Hill area but your desk will be in the Croydon Hub Centre where you will be based 2 days a week. **What does a Property Consultant do?**
- Conducts Viewings & Valuations (training for Valuations will be given)
- Markets Properties Across All Levels (our average listing price is £750k but we have some at +£10m)
- Negotiates Offers & Secure Deals
- Secures New Business Opportunities
- Leads, Creates, & Implements Bespoke Marketing Strategies
- Provides an Award-Winning Service
- Communicates with Clients & Team Members Effectively
- Works At A High-Performance Level

**Salary Structure**
- Basic salary £22,000 per annum
- 1st Year On target earnings (after training period) is £35,000 per annum

**Working Hours**
- Full time & Permanent
- Base Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (likely to be working outside of these hours but time will be compensated back)
- Saturday, 9am - 5pm (approx. 2 Saturdays a month - with one day off in the week)
- Sunday, 10am - 4pm (approx. 1 Sunday a month - with one afternoon off during the week)

- Hub Office in Croydon
