**Graphic Designer - Chichester**

As part of that growth, we are on the lookout for an experienced Graphic Designer to join a busy In-house Design Studio Team. You will be joining a highly talented creative team who are responsible for creating the looks and products for an expanding portfolio of brands. The role will initially be based full time in the office, however there is scope for hybrid working further down the line.

**The Role**:

- Deliver creative innovation within new and existing product formats
- Create product concepts for everyday ranges
- Develop toolkits and style guides in line with trend research
- Present and substantiate creative and design decisions
- Produce mock-ups for internal use and customer presentation
- Be a brand guardian, ensuring artwork is all on brand

**The Person**:

- **Must have previous experience**:

- Strong creative ability
- Graphic Design degree or equivalent
- Expert in Adobe CS suite and other relevant software, Mac use and photography, where relevant
- Confident in using InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Positive, hardworking and a great collaborator
- Flexibility and confidence to work independently
- Ability to prioritise and plan own workload
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated

**Additional Information**:

- Hours of work are full time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
- Salary advertised negotiable depending on experience

**Rafferty Resourcing**:
**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

- Adobe InDesign: 1 year (preferred)
- Graphic Design: 2 years (required)
