We are excited to be recruiting for a Technical Trainer. This is an unrivalled opportunity to join one of the UK’s fastest growing motor groups.

Are you an Automotive Technical Trainer looking for a new challenge? Or an experienced Automotive Technician wishing to pass on the skills you have learnt to the next generation of body repair technicians?

Your duties and responsibilities will include delivering all disciplines of body repair and paint refinishing around our group with the ability to work with minimum supervision utilising your own initiative.

**An average day as a Technical Trainer**
- Coordinate, develop, and deliver technical training/skills coaching around the group
- Keep up to date with the most current products/repair methods in the industry
- Be the go-to person for technical expertise within the group.
- Work with our distributors and partners in organising and delivering technical training.

**About you**
- Deep knowledge of motor vehicle body repair.
- Team spirit, a collaborative attitude, and a flair for innovative thinking
- A full, clean UK driving license with flexibility to travel
- ATA/IMI/NVQ Level 3 requirement preferred
- Good organisational skills
