The Project Coordinator II role is a position suitable for a person early in their career, with some experience of inventory management, logistics and organisational skills.

They will be responsible for inventory management, stock control, proactive procurement, hardware imaging, and disposal of assets in line with WEEE policies.

They will exhibit attention to detail, be self-motivated, proactive, and prepared to learn and work in a fast paced, responsive environment.

**Description**

The Business Office's list of day-to-day functions for the purpose of maintaining and increasing value are:

- Inventory and Asset management and logistics,
- Annual Budget/Capital Management,
- Project & Program Management,

- Government Reimbursement Programs,

- Business Continuity,
- Support for Physical Security,
- Procurement,
- Early Career Program,
- Corporate Communications,
- Management Reporting and
- Onboarding.

**Principal Accountabilities**:

- Maintain an in-depth understanding of IT assets in place, lifecycle of these assets from requisition through retirement, as well as existing procedures, policies, and tools to manage them.
- Manage and execute requests for the end user community in regard to Hardware and Peripheral requests submitted.
- Support audits related to IT assets, including collection of asset information directly and leading asset inventory projects, including hardware counts.
- Create management documents, presentations and spreadsheets using the Google Workspace Suite.
- Analyse and summarise data sets.
- Present results of analytical findings or events.
- Assist with expense reporting and invoice reconciliation.
- Expense control, analysis, and management.
- Budgeting, forecasting and creation of reports based on category and departmental spend.
- Procurement - utilisation of our internal procurement platform and processes.
- Support the Business Operations Office team with any associated tasks.

**Essential Criteria**
- Professional experience in Asset Management or inventory and stock control.
- Ability to work with large data sets and produce analytical reports from same.
- Ability to demonstrate analytical expertise, close attention to detail, excellent critical thinking, logic, and solution orientation in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Willing to work in a team environment; flexibility to work on multiple disparate tasks
