We are looking for an outstanding and enthusiastic Green Skills Advisor to join our dynamic
and friendly team to recruit learners for Apprenticeships and Pre-Apprenticeship
programmes.

You will have the responsibility to develop and manage business relationships and build
opportunities.

Your skills in developing positive interactions with both employer partners and our
applicants will deliver the best outcomes and a key focus will be on maintaining these
relationships and becoming the trusted sector expert advisor.

This is a busy, hands-on, and varied role and requires genuine initiative.

We recognise that taking regular breaks from work is important. The College offers full time
support staff up to 44 days off per year (this includes 28 days annual leave, 8 bank holidays
and a period of operational closure at Christmas closure (which has been 8 days in recent
years). You will also have the opportunity to join the Local Government Pension scheme,
