What you'll be doing:
The Web Producer works closely with business groups across the organisation to coordinate and publish web content. Partnering with our Product Development and Technology teams, the Web Producer is also involved in defining CMS requirements, conducting UAT, and being a digital evangelist for the organisation.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Web Producer to join our Digital team and look after web content delivery.

What your day might look like:
- Content Editing: Perform day-to-day content editing, including manual data entry, to maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the website.- Acceptance Testing: Conduct thorough acceptance testing for new developments to ensure the website's optimal performance.- Improving Website Functionalities: Identify opportunities to enhance website functionalities and contribute to their implementation.- Bug Reporting: Report and track bug fixes and website issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams for prompt resolution.- Auction Content Management: Coordinate, create, and populate auction content working with stakeholders around the business.- CMS Management: Be a stakeholder in defining ongoing CMS needs and enhancements, as well as contributing to new feature development.- Content Production: Ensure optimal information architecture, SEO optimization, adherence to branding and editorial guidelines, and quality assurance.

What you'll bring to the team:
- 3-5 years of Web Production experience- Strong command of website standards, cross-browser compatibility, operating systems, and various web optimisation techniques.- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with flexibility to shift priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both business and technical teams.- Knowledge of Sitecore, and familiarity with other CMS is a plus.- Experience in Publishing, Luxury, or art-related industries is a plus.- Ability to work New York hours several weeks per year to support high-value marquee auctions.What’s great about working for us- 25 days annual leave + 1 day Birthday leave- Christie’s Christmas office closure (guaranteed between 25th Dec - 2nd Jan) - in additional to annual leave: almost two weeks to fully switch off and spend time with friends and family- Additional 1 week’s annual leave within the year of a 5 year anniversary i.e 5th, 10th, 15th and so on- Volunteering day: Take an additional day of annual leave to volunteer for a charitable organisation that’s important to you- Donation matching of up to £500 per annum to help you support the organisations you care about- Flexible Fitness Fund - £400 per year expense allowance for health and wellness related activity (taxable)- Access to world-renowned art: with regular exhibitions in our galleries to wander around and exclusive guided tours hosted by specialist colleagues- Discretionary Bonus (dependent on the business and employee performance payable in March each year)- Life Insurance policy from first day - 3x annual base salary- Generous retirement plans: We will double match your pension contribution upto 5% (Max 10% contribution from Christie’s)- AXA Private Health Insurance - no employee contribution needed, subsidised for other family members- Unum Dental Care - (may be added at personal cost)- Guaranteed income insurance in the event of sickness, personal injury and occupational injury- Employee Assistance Programme - access to personal advice and support services including counselling- Eyecare vouchers (once a year)- Cycle to Work scheme- Robust family first policy:
