We are delighted to be able to offer the new position of a **Motability Sales Executive** within our **Suzuki/MG dealership located in Bangor**.
This vacancy is for a highly enthusiastic and motivated individual with a desire to develop a career in the motor Industry.
The Motability Sales Executive will be a very rewarding role in the dealership. A real people person, you'll come across as effortless and genuine when talking to our customers. As a result, they'll trust you to recommend the right vehicles to them as well as any available extras, accessories and value-adding products.
The role will be responsible for contacting customers on our database who have purchased from us previously in order to create opportunities for repeat business. You will need to be able to develop good rapport with customers over the phone, and in the showroom, whilst ensuring excellent customers service is given at all times. This role leans more towards delivering results and meeting customer expectations than to sales.

**About you**:
- Passion for our brand and the highest level of customer service
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a selling role
- Experience within a similar role desirable
- Experience within a franchised car dealership (Motability Accreditation desirable but not essential)
- Full, valid UK driving licence
- IT literacy as essential
- Verbal and written communication skills of a high standard
- Ability to present information in an informative and comprehensive way
**Job Summary and Responsibilities**:
- The main job purpose will be to deliver a great customer experience to our Motability customers, within a compliant sales process
- To ensure that each customer is provided with the information to make an informed decision relative to their purchase therefore maintaining product knowledge and being aware of quarterly campaigns in operation is imperative
- To follow up and prospect customers in order to maximise every sales opportunity for both repeat and new business, maintain adequate records of all sales activities including customer contacts through showroom log
- Maintain all paperwork in a complete and orderly manner.
- Attend training as required
