Trainee Painter and Decorator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Painter & Decorator to join our team. As a trainee, you will assist experienced painters and decorators in preparing and painting surfaces. This role is ideal for individuals looking to begin a career in the painting and decorating trade.

Key Responsibilities:
Surface Preparation: Assist in preparing surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes and sanding surfaces to ensure they are smooth and clean.

Clean Up: Assist in maintaining a clean and organised work area.

Heath & Safety: Follow Health & Safety guidelines and practices on site at all times.

Education and Qualifications:
No specific education or qualifications required.

**Skills**:Strong attention to detail.

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Personal Attributes:
Punctual and reliable.

Hours:
40 hours a week
