Hospitality Supervisor

Our friendly team at Meallmore are looking for a **Hospitality Supervisor** to be part of the team in **Kincaid House Care Home**. Kincaid House is a modern care home in Inverclyde which boasts beautiful views of the River Clyde and mountains beyond. The care home caters for frail elderly residents and also has a dedicated unit for people living with dementia.

**Your role as a Meallmore Housekeeping Supervisor will include**:

- Have an eye for detail and be meticulous in your work, leading by example.
- Honest, reliable, kind, compassionate genuine interest in the hospitality and environmental aspects of the service
- Ability to cope under pressure in a calm and efficient manner to set deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills with residents, visitors and the whole care home staff team
- Able to organise and plan ahead (e.g. ordering, cleaning schedules, audit and non-care invoicing )

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Experienced in delivering high quality housekeeping standards including the laundry area
- Experienced in managing a housekeeping team
- Understanding of budgets and budget delivery
- Experienced in working with chemicals and COSHH

**Salary**: £14.31 per hour + overtime rates + benefits

Hours: 37.5 per week
