**Position: Administrator (HR Department)**

**Location: Holywell**

**Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:15am-5:00 Friday 8:15-4:00**

**Salary: £22,000p/a**

I am currently looking for an experienced Administrator to work within the HR department of a busy manufacturing site in Holywell.

Duties:
- Assisting with recruitment, posting job adverts, screening and arranging interviews.- Maintain Company notice boards on site with internal vacancies/notices/announcements.- Prepare offer letters and issue contracts of employment/offer packs for new employees.-
- Administer the DBS and Right to Work check process for new employees.- Diarise probationary review meetings for new employees, set reminders for line managers and request returned forms for personnel files.- Inputting starters, leavers, variation to contract changes onto the HR system.- Assist with the Induction process for new employees.- Scanning/maintain electronic employee personnel files.- HR system administration - respond to request for password changes and general queries.- Provide administration support with HR projects/initiatives as required.

Skills and Experience:
- IT literate including experience of working with full suite of Microsoft Office packages.- Highly organised with good attention to detail.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Personal resilience and ability to work under pressure.- Proactive and positive with a 'can do' attitude.
