Working for a fuel distributor based in the UK, we pride ourselves on offering excellent customer service levels. We own and operate over 20 rigid fuel tankers; we have 12 depots based nationwide. All loads are moved in bulk and loaded from UK Fuel terminals based around the UK, we carry Kerosene, Diesel, Gas oil, Petrol.

We are looking for a Transport Planner to join our growing team. This Transport Planner will be responsible for creating daily routes for drivers, with direct communication and support from senior management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communication to customers and third-party suppliers on ETA’s and relevant information.
- Creating effective daily route plans across the UK
- Daily management of driver’s communication with sales team.
- Issue and release of release numbers for loading at Fuel terminals.
- Target's based on vehicles earnings and vehicle profits
- Planner to be available between the hours of 7am and 5pm, with access to company mobile and laptop

**Requirements**:

- Good to Excellent knowledge on UK Map and routes (Essential)
- Previous experience in transport planning (Essential)
- Must be IT literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft outlook and excel
- Previous experience in Fuel distribution (Preferred but not essential)

**Salary offers dependent on relevant knowledge and previous experience**
