**Quality and Installation Trainer**

**Location**: North East (Newcastle, Leeds, and Sheffield) - Company car provided with some working days possible requiring an overnight stay

**Salary**: £26,000 basic salary pa + £ 12,000 commissions pa

**Working Hours**:Full Time, 40 hours per week

**Holidays**: Depends on your length of service

**Role of the Quality and Installation Trainer**
- In charge of the installation training for all new joiners in the Sales Force
- Ensure field shadowing assessment
- Deliver refresh training for bad performers
- Monitor and improve our performance regarding installation KPIs: missing test, alert trigger in month 1, feed back from new customers, cancellations per seller and branch, claims
- Provide all the support needed on the field

**Skills & Experience for this role**
- Minimum 1 year’s experience as Field Service Technician or as Installer
