Cscs Labourer

Due to our exceptional year on year business growth and recent contract awards, Evolution Construction Group are urgently looking to recruit reliable, trustworthy, flexible, quality, driven labourer/s to join our ever growing team and project in Ormskirk.

You will be responsible for
- Carry out all works on site as instructed by the Site Manager
- Ensure any Health and Safety hazards are reported/removed (slip & trip hazards, untidy cable, debris
- Ensure the site welfare facilities are maintained in good order
- Ensure all property's being worked on are kept tidy/general site cleanliness
- Walk round all property's that are in progress on a daily basis to ensure that there are no surplus materials lying about and kept tidy at all times
- Taking material delivery's and checking the delivery notes to make sure the delivery/s are accurate
- Carrying out general site labouring duties including general strip outs and demolition of property's, fetching and carrying materials to ensure trades - persons have materials when required

To succeed you will need to be
- Experienced of working on tenanted property's
- Have awareness of site Health and Safety on refurbishment projects
- Be an enthusiastic self-starter able to use initiative whilst working unsupervised
- Have a full UK driving licence
- Own vehicle advantageous
