We are looking for a Trainee Paraplanner/ report writer who does have some experience but that said we would consider a IFA Admin looking to do this role with some knowledge.

We are looking for salary of £25,000- 28,000 depending on experience and that said if you did have a good Paraplanner we may look at a little bit more.

There is just a very fine line as once you start asking for a qualified Paraplanner the salary bracket jumps massively ??
