This role requires a level of flexibility and independent working with a proactive approach as no day will be the same. You will be in contact with your team and our clients on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of our cleaning services.

Cleaning supervisor duties:

- Supervising a team
- 6am starts
- Cleaning communal areas: offices, toilet blocks, canteens, kitchens etc
- Carrying out site visits to ensure SLA’s are being completed in a timely and thorough manner
- Ensuring H&S is being adhered to
- Occasional evening site visits
- Training new team members and identifying any training needs within the current team
- Covering sick leave
- Managing your team's rotas
- Ordering cleaning products and materials to ensure our sites and team members are stocked up
- Carrying out team meetings and one to ones to ensure all your team are happy and excelling in their roles

Cleaning supervisor requirements:

- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to forward plan and work under pressure
- Hold a full driving licence and be able to travel to sites
- Work independently and in a small team
- Available to work overtime when necessary
- Happy to complete a DBS check
- Have great attention to detail along with being punctual, reliable and trustworthy
