These are: Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, The Green Park, St James’s Park, The Regent's Park and Primrose Hill, Greenwich Park, Richmond Park and Bushy Park.

We also manage other important public spaces including Brompton Cemetery and Victoria Tower Gardens. Our eight Royal Parks and other public spaces are among the most visited attractions in the UK with 77 million visits every year.

We are currently looking for a Visitor Support Officer to join us on a permanent, part-time basis, working 21 hours per week as part of a job share scheme.

**The Role**:
As a Visitor Support Officer, you will provide excellent customer service by triaging and responding to visitor support queries.

Additionally, you’ll ensure our CRM system is updated with visitor correspondence.

**About You**:
To be considered as a Visitor Support Officer, you will need:

- Experience of working in a customer-facing environment
- The ability to remain calm and polite under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At a minimum, GCSEs in Maths and English, at least Grade 4 (C)
