You will be reporting to the Head of Finance & working across Reall’s organisation with other departments. You will form part of the Finance Team and gain support from them & the Investment Managers, many who are fully qualified accountants. This is a newposition within our Team & you will be working closely with an already very experienced colleague.

**The Role**

To manage the implementation of a new treasury system and provide loan documentation as required to support any changes in Reall’s loan portfolio. Reviewing the impact of investment proposals on future cashflows.

Taking full responsibility for the loan portfolio’s performance by actively managing the debtors-so enforcing credit control procedures.

**You will have the following skills, knowledge, and experience**:

- Treasury experience with loan/investment management systems.
- Credit Control experience preferrable with overseas customers.
- Be an advanced Excel user.
- Great problem solver
- Diplomatic & Effective communicator
- Ability to plan & manage workload.
- Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with at least 4 years post-qualification experience in industry.
- Previous exposure to a multi-currency bank environment is advantageous.
- Experience working in a group cash consolidation environment.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to demonstrate robustness.

**Salary -**£34,000 - £38,000 per annum

**Annual Leave** - 25 days plus 1 additional day for every year of service, plus an additional day off on your birthday
