**Position**: Trainee or Qualified Pharmacy Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting pharmacists with dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
- Providing excellent customer service and offering advice on over-the-counter medications
- Managing stock levels, shelving, and inventory control
- Processing prescriptions and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Offering support in the provision of clinical services, such as prescription collection and delivery
- Collaborating with the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care

**Requirements**:

- For Trainee Pharmacy Assistants: No previous experience required; a genuine interest in pharmacy and a willingness to learn
- For Qualified Pharmacy Assistants: Relevant qualifications and experience as a Pharmacy Assistant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software systems
