They require a maintenance/handyperson who can maintain/service properties to a high standard.
- Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs
- Perform general repairs efficiently
- Performs routine maintenance
- Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance
- Attend Emergency callouts when necessary

**Essential Attributes**:

- Good communication
- Reliable
- Works to a high standard
- Full clean driving licence

- Salary £28K (negotiable DOE)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
