**Description**

Our client a successful Highland Capital Bakery are looking for various new team members throughout the Highlands.

We are currently looking for Key Holder Supervisors based in Aviemore

**Minimum contract of 25 hours per week, 5 days from 6, Mon-Sat. 7am-3.30pm**

**The Key Duties will include**:

- Required to be key holders & will assist the management team with the day to day running of the shop
- Able to demonstrate high standards of conduct & leadership at all times, monitoring & motivating your team to provide efficient service & top quality customer care
- Carrying out administrative duties as required
- Responsible for ensuring high standards of hygiene, adhering to health & safety/company practices
- Required to assist in the training & development of the team
- Have similar experience
- Be courteous with a welcoming manner
- Have flexibility to work more hours if required to do so

**All training will be carried out in Inverness, any travel time and transport costs will be paid**
