Professional Cleaner

**Job Summary**

High detail level cleaner needed for a fast growing and well sought after company that attains some of the highest standards in the cleaning industry. Become a part of a company that has a wide range of services and skill range including end of tenancy cleaning, communal area cleaning, domestic cleaning, with the possibility of learning bespoke skills like oven and even carpet cleaning. Working hours/days are ad-hoc but can be discussed, a Monday would be essential with the second day ideally being Wednesday but is again open to discussion, they usually range between 7.30am and 4pm. Good English speaking is a must due to the nature of handling chemicals and good communication.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Handling a wide range of chemicals and equipment to handle many types of specialist cleaning. Using a backpack vacuum to clean large staircases so a good level of fitness would be beneficial. Lifting upto 30kg heavy equipment into and out of properties, sometimes up multiple floors.

**Qualifications and Skills**

Attention to detail is a must. Driving licence would be highly beneficial for transport to jobs on occasion or covering work. Previous cleaning experience is preferred, though full training will be provided. COSHH training or a general understanding of hazardous chemicals would help.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £8.00 to £10.75 / hour, experience, age and responsibility dependent. Pay will exceed the living wage regardless of age. 3 Month probation period with pay increase discussion at that point.
