We have an exciting opportunity to join a new team at one of Kilburn's most unique gyms. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to operate a busy gym. We have an engaged membership that we want to nurture and grow over the next 12 months.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the fitness facility, including staff management, scheduling, and customer service.
- Develop and implement fitness programs and initiatives to meet the needs of members and promote a healthy lifestyle.
- Provide leadership and guidance to fitness staff, ensuring they are properly trained and motivated to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor and evaluate member satisfaction, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special events, promotions, and marketing efforts.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for members, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as budgeting, reporting, and inventory management.
- Motivate membership advisors to ensure KPI targets are hit
- Ensure the club is kept to a good standard at all time ensuring equipment etc is checked and compliant
- Support all day-to-day operations of the club
- Generate prospects and new member sales through building rapport, conducting an effective needs analysis and overcoming and prospect objectives
- Conduct club outreach to gain prospects
- Ensure all daily/monthly Health & Safety Checks are completed
- Support with all incoming member enquires delivering best in class customer service
- Create a community feel within the club ensuring it’s a place members want to be

A bit about you:

- Fitness Experience desired
- Personal interest in Fitness is a must
- Driven by targets
- Friendly, approachable individual with a can-do attitude
- A good communicator
- Previous sales Experience
- Previous people management experience desired

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Sports Management, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in fitness management or a similar role is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff and members.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and fitness management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Sales experience is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
