**Creative Designer - Marketing**

**Part time, permanent 20hrs per week 09:30-14:00**

**£40k per annum pro rata, depending on experience plus employee benefits.**

This exciting and varied role will appeal to a highly motivated and organised individual with a real flair for creating engaging content across the web, social media and printed materials. You will be a great ideas person with the ability to take an idea from a brief and generate a commercial & innovative outcome.

In addition, this role will include other essential elements of marketing such as market research, customer segmentation, and other duties to assist the company into an exciting future of growth.

Competencies and skills:

- Design and create engaging and inspiring marketing materials in both digital and print media.
- Delivery of all stages of the creative process from brief to completed design.
- Working closely with all elements of the business to meet our creative design requirements.
- Aiding in the continued development of the company’s websites in conjunction with external web developers, sales teams and marketing manager.
- Monitoring and analysing industry trends to ensure visual media and information remains relevant and inspiring to existing and new customers alike.
- Market research, analysis and customer segmentation to develop highly targeted and relevant marketing campaigns.
- Assisting the marketing manager in the execution of digital marketing campaigns geared towards the continued growth of the company’s online and e-commerce activities.
