- TO ESTABLISH A PRESENCE AS A SUCCESSFUL LOCAL DESSERT FOOD OUTLET.
- TO ENSURE A MENU THAT BALANCES OPTIONS FOR VEGETARIANS, GLUTEN FREE, VEGANS AND ALL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS.
- TO BE A BESPOKE, FLAVOURSOME PRODUCT.
- TO ENSURE ALL PACKAGING AND NON-FOOD RESOURCES ARE EITHER COMPOSTABLE OR SUSTAINABLE.
- TO MAKE RAWKIES A DESTINATION HOTSPOT FOR THE AREA.
- ENSURE A POSITIVE GUEST EXPECTATION AND SATISFACTION.
- ENSURE A HIGH-QUALITY PRODUCT AND PROVIDE A GUEST ATTENTIVE SERVICE.
- ESTABLISH A BRAND AND MENU SPECIFICATION TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY.
- ESTABLISH A UNIQUE, ENTICING MENU THAT WILL DIFFERENTIATE US FROM THE REST OF THE COMPETITION.
- TO OFFER A DELIVERY SERVICE.
- CONTROL PAYROLL AND COSTS BY KEEPING A CLOSE EYE ON THE SALES PERCENTAGES ESTABLISHED IN THE BUDGET.
- WE WILL SET OUT TO BE A GOOD CONTRIBUTOR AND SUPPORTER TO THE COMMUNITY AND OTHER BUSINESSES IN THE AREA.
- TO ENSURE INGREDIENTS SOURCED CAN MAXIMISE SHELF LIFE AND LIMIT WASTAGE AND FOOD MILES FOR NOT ONLY BUSINESS NEEDS, BUT FOR SUSTAINABLE RESPONSIBILITY.

**ROLE**
- TO CREATE A PROFITABLE BUSINESS AND BECOME OUR GUESTS FIRST CHOICE FOR DESSERTS.
- THE SUCCESSFUL PERSON WILL POSSESS STRONG INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
- SUPPORTING THE LINE MANAGER OF THE BUSINESS IN THE DAY-TO-DAY MANAGEMENT OF THE BUSINESS, TAKING A HANDS ON APPROACH TO MANAGEMENT AND TAKING TOTAL CONTROL IN THEIR ABSENCE
- OFFER EXCEPTIONAL GUEST SERVICE AND BEING A SOLID BRAND AMBASSADOR
- ABOVE ALL, YOU MUST BE A PASSIONATE FOODIE AND BE ABLE TO DELIVER RESULTS

- SEEK TO IMPROVE LEVELS OF SERVICE AND ENSURE ALL ISSUES AND COMPLAINTS ARE DEALT WITH PROFESSIONALLY AND PROMPTLY
