To support our exciting growth plans, we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team at Capenhurst near Chester (this can also be a hybrid role).
**The Role**
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the attraction and retention of talented individuals within the business.
Working with key stakeholders, you will support delivery of the growth plans whilst building an internal talent pool that ensures a strong pipeline of future talent and a robust approach to succession planning.
Additionally, you will:

- Work with Business Leaders to develop strategic resourcing plans
- Upskill managers ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to support the process
- Develop and embed early careers strategy including industry placements and graduate recruitment
- Be responsible for internal talent and succession planning processes
**About You**
To be considered for the Talent Acquisition Specialist role, you will need:

- To be CIPD qualified or have equivalent experience
- Proven experience managing the end-to-end recruitment life-cycle
- Knowledge and experience of sourcing tools and social media
- Experience of developing resourcing and talent strategies (including early careers)
- Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence at all levels
- Knowledge of criteria-based assessment/psychometrics
Experience of recruiting engineering/electronics/software/development roles would be a distinct advantage.
