A rapidly growing boutique management consultancy is seeking a Management Consultant.

The firm offers 3 main services operational excellence, operating model (re-)design and strategy execution.

The Managment Consultant will work with clients to manage delivery of one or more complex work streams or a small project in a range of consulting engagements.

**Main Duties**
- Manage delivery of one or more complex work streams or a small project in a range of consulting engagements, the majority of which will have an operational excellence component
- Work with and manage junior consultants and third party/associate consultants
- Work with and develop client joint team members, helping them to develop core consulting skills
- Coach our clients to help them develop new skills, grow and progress
- Develop sales and marketing collateral - including web content, case studies, service offering descriptions
- Support our sales and business development activities

**Requirements**:

- Management consulting experience advising clients on large-scale change and/or transformation programmes within large, complex organisations
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills: you will need to be able to explain complex concepts in simple terms
- Demonstrable ability to proactively build relationships and manage client stakeholders, including providing robust advice, constructive challenge, influencing decisions, delivering difficult messages and managing performance issues
- The ability to use or to develop skills in analytical tools such as PowerBI, Tableau and OrgView
- The ability to coach and train other consultants and clients
- Ideally experience of working in the utilities or Infrastructure sectors, however, this is not a must have.

**Salary**: £80,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
