**Job Description** Job purpose**

The ESG Coordinator will be the point of contact for all ESG activity, bringing together the activities from across the different teams and departments to consolidate, strengthen and measure the approach from an Infrastructure Services perspective.

Responsible for reporting on ESG activities and developing appropriate materials, mechanisms, and processes to support the relevant stakeholders to deliver and embed the ESG strategy in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
- Ensure that ESG plans are being implemented and actively managed to deliver the ESG strategy.
- Effectively capture and report on ESG related activities for Infrastructure Services and provide research and insights to prepare monthly ESG reports.
- Create and maintain a central ESG database and improve the collection and input of the data.
- Evaluate information from multiple sources, identify trends or risks, and make recommendations for the appropriate action.
- Maintain day to day contact with the relevant ESG stakeholders; attending meetings as required.
- Understand and articulate potential issues and risks to delivery.
- Challenge ESG leads and owners, procedures, and process, suggesting improvements where required.
- Liaise with third parties to help deliver the ESG strategy as required.
- Work with clients to strengthen the ESG approach and place Infrastructure Services as ESG leaders.
- Help Infrastructure Services to achieve ESG related accreditations and drive standards.
- Make recommendations for ESG related awards and manage any entries.
- Prepare with key stakeholders the annual ESG impact report.
- Continually review external ESG markets, understanding best practice and competition.
- Build an understanding of the business and help us to identify exciting new ESG opportunities.
- Actively and positively promote the image of United Living at all times and to maintain good working relationships with clients, suppliers and other external parties.

**Qualifications** Competencies, Qualifications and Experience**
- A passion for ESG.
- Strong organisation skills and ability to prioritise multiple workloads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ESG and understanding of how it drives business growth, and how culture is critical to success.
- Be a self-motivated individual, who can work to tight deadlines.
- Have gravitas and charisma to stand out amongst others and the ability to deliver through other, often more senior people.
- A good working knowledge of infrastructure services, energy and water markets would be desirable.
- Knowledge of ESG best practices, standards, and regulations.
