FiveRivers People Services Team is looking for a full-time permanent HR Adviser.

**About the role**:
The HR Adviser will be employee-facing and responsible for the day-to-day running of the People Services department from handling all HR-related queries, ER cases, recruitment, and onboarding as well as working with managers and employees to advise and train on best practices and people management. The role is diverse and rewarding. You will report to the Head of People and Culture and work together to support staff development and deliver the People Services remit across FiveRivers.

The role will be suited to an ambitious HR Adviser looking to progress and develop themselves, we would love to help you get through your Level 7 CIPD. We are keen to find someone with exceptional communication skills, experience in management, and CIPD level 5 qualifications. We are looking for someone with a positive outlook who approaches problem-solving with an open mind and who can work from our head office to be available to see people face to face to support when required.

**We would love you to have**:
Your level 5 CIPD qualification
5 years experience working in HR
3 years of management experience
Exceptional communications skills
A positive attitude
Self-motivation and good problem-solving skills
Professionalism and passion for your work
