Service Advisor

We are an established family run dealership and authorised dealer for KGM, Corvette and Dodge as well as servicing and repairing all makes of vehicles for the local community. We are also an ex Saab dealer and still have a loyal customer base of Saab owners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document them
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers
- Upsell additional services or products that may benefit the customer
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a service advisor role is required
- Mechanical knowledge or experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Proven ability to upsell products or services to customers
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively explain technical information to customers
