The Company is looking for a Site Labourer who displays an enthusiastic positive attitude and is able to work from their own initiative.

**Key Role Responsibilities**
- Predominantly on-site work at various locations throughout the UK, working in the factory when no site work is available.
- On-site work
- Assisting with installing panels at customer locations including bolting panels together, copper bars being connected and wiring installed and connected
- Attending customer sites to carry out modifications as required.
- Factory work when no site work is required - assisting with any labouring requirements as advised by the Foreman.
- Maintaining high housekeeping standards at all times in the factory and on site including assisting with daily cleans when in the factory.
- Working and communicating effectively with other staff members to ensure job is completed efficiently and to customers’ requirements and expectations.
- Adhering to health & safety legislation at all times.

**Essential Skills**
- Good level of numeracy and literacy skills
- Accuracy with measurements
- ECS card for on-site work
- Good attention to detail and high standards of work ethic
- Full driving licence
- Must be punctual
- Must be reliable and honest
- Respectful of customer confidentiality and also when handling customer information
- Excellent communication skills
- A genuine team worker
- Ability to work independently using own initiative

**Wage**: Starting at minimum wage

**Hours**: Main working hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm

Overtime scheme - overtime is extremely likely and a level of flexibility from the employee is required and expected in order to meet customer requirements on site.
