**Responsibilities**:

- **Estimation**: Accurately estimate costs for timber frame residential and commercial projects, considering materials, labour, and other relevant factors.
- **Project Evaluation**: Evaluate project requirements, specifications, and drawings to create detailed estimates.
- **Cost Analysis**: Analyse costs associated with timber frame construction, including structural components, finishes, and installation.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with project managers, architects, and suppliers to ensure accurate estimates.
- **Tender Submissions**: Prepare and submit competitive tenders for timber frame projects.
- **Site Visits**: Conduct occasional site visits to assess progress and verify estimates.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as an estimator within the construction industry, with a focus on timber frame projects.
- **Knowledge**: Good understanding of timber frame construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- **Software Skills**: Proficient in using estimating software and tools.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous in analysing project details and calculating costs.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to work remotely and travel occasionally for site visits.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
