Hours of work: 07.00am until 15.00pm Monday to Friday (1 Saturday in 15 working 07.00am until 12 noon) - 37.30 hrs a week.

Location: Birchwood (just off the M62)

Manpower is currently recruiting Schedulers/Planners based in the Warrington area (Birchwood)

The department you will be working for is responsible for making things happen. They take the job instructions from technical experts, prepare, and distribute them to the teams in the field. They make sure the maintenance technicians have everything theyneed and act as central point for ensuring teams are communicating and working efficiently together.

**Responsibilities**:

- Balance all assigned territory orders to ensure minimum downtime and maximum productivity.
- Ensure service crew composition is up to date and adjusted to cover demand.
- Tools, parts & services are planned and monitored on time and confirmed available at storage location before crew mobilization.
- Crew schedules are managed on a day-to-day basis.
- Service schedule is aligned with the obligations in service contracts.
- On time communication to crews and partners is guaranteed.
- KPls and PPIs related to Planning & Scheduling are balanced and under control.
- Prepare, level out & assign works for the territory & tasks of responsibility, to deliver best match for needs and potential. (i.e, weather conditions & skills).

Qualifications Required
- Your experience can come from a busy operational background having the ability to manage multiple activities at one time
- Prioritisation comes naturally to you; where you will be used to handling a wide range of urgent topics and can allocate, monitor and follow-up to completion
- Your background will involve interacting with a range of groups and individuals. You may deal with people on site, but also in different locations across the country
- You may have a track record in scheduling, planning, working with rota's or similar logístical skill set
- Quality is a focus in the tasks that you undertake, you can appreciate the need to go back and review how we can always do better

- Excellent analytical, organisation and communication skills
- Attention to detail and quality driven - follow processes and execute tasks efficiently
- High degree of flexibility and ability to think outside the box
- Team player, aware of the goals of the team and work together to achieve your goals & targets
- Ability to resolve issues quickly with a high level of problem-solving skills
