**What does the job entail?**

We do so much more than sit and watch the games, we are always busy with things to do, these include (but are not limited too);
- Greeting Guests and taking payments
- Acting the game beginnings and delivering an in-character experience
- Monitoring games and providing the relevant clues on demand to enhance the experience
- Working and using the booking system, computer systems, casting system and all relevant game puzzles
- Fixing and diagnosing and/or reporting puzzle or prop malfunctions
- Resetting games for the next customers
- Taking Exit photo's and encouraging reviews and repeat bookings
- Responding to customer enquiries and phone calls
- Cleaning for a great impression
- Being an expert of evacuation procedures in the event of an emergency

**Who are we looking for?**

We need someone who is keen to learn and can think/work quickly on their feet, you should;
- Be over 18 years of age
- Be motivated and can work well both alone and under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Be able to use and has an understanding of computers. We will teach you our systems, but having basic PC skills and the ability to type quickly with few errors is needed to learn.
- Be a person who has charisma and a presence in the room. Being able to gain attention in a crowded environment is a great bonus although we will teach you the tricks.
- Be able to get to work, ideally without relying on public transport
- Be organised and great at multitasking
- Be flexible in your working hours
- Leave a lasting impression

This position currently is flexible as we only open for pre-booked games. If we ask you to be on standby (in case games do come in) then we have a standby payment for that day to cover inconvenience in the event of no bookings. However, Typically we have ample bookings in the evenings Thursday through Sunday.

**Pay and renumeration**:
We pay the Minimum Wage whilst in training, once training is complete and you are competent we will provide MW+0.50p, raising to MW+£1.00 after 6 months.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Expected hours: 5 - 25 per week
