Maintenance Plumber

**Job Summary**:
**Plumber** required to join our team in West London operating predominately in Belgravia, Mayfair, Kensington and Chelsea. We are currently seeking an experienced Plumber to join our skilled property maintenance team covering high end residential and commercial key customers in our local area.

The successful applicant will be performing works in residential and commercial settings and will be experienced, customer focused and have an eye for detail.

There is also a call out rota within the local area with a good overtime rate, additional investment in training for further qualifications is also available.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs in residential and commercial environments.
- Efficiently maintain and repair plumbing systems.
- Work safely adhering to Health and Safety procedures.
- Complete any reports required on work completed.
- Call out rota

**What you need to have**:

- Qualified City and Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
- Ideally previous domestic & commercial experience
- Legionella awareness (desirable)
- Unvented hot water qualification (desirable)
- Own tools
- Positive attitude, capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent knowledge of Building Maintenance and servicing.
- 3 years + experience working as a maintenance plumber
- Full driving licence
