We are looking for a motivated and inspirational person to join our lovely family school to provide high quality, targeted support for children across the school.

The role would suit someone with experience of working with primary aged children who is motivated to undergo training to be able to deliver key learning interventions across Keys Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Having previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant would be useful but not essential.

You’ll need to:

- Work under the direction of the senior leadership team but also use your own initiative to make things happen, be creative and problem solve.
- Have good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Have experience of working with primary aged children.
- Be willing to work with children outside the classroom on a one to one basis or in small groups
- Select and prepare teaching resources to meet the learning needs of pupils for both low prior attaining children and high prior attaining children.
- Manage behaviour through a positive, inclusive ethos.

**Hours of work: Mornings only (9am-12pm daily), 4 days per week, term time only.**

**Contract type: Fixed term until 31st August 2024**
