**FP&A Analyst - Hybrid working environment (3:2 office/home)**

Butler Rose is delighted to be working alongside an employer of choice based within central Hertfordshire who are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join their team and assist with driving their business forward.
As an integral part of a large and busy finance department, but a smaller close-knit FP&A team you will be responsible for providing analytical support to senior management company wide.
What will this role involve?
- Working on tracking capital expenditure and providing an ongoing rolling forecast to better understand future resource requirements
- Weekly production of MI and reporting for senior executives
- KPI reporting on business performance
- Trend analysis and reporting for various areas of the business
- Support of the budgeting and forecast process
- Preparing and producing the company board report
Who are we looking for?
- You will be ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified with previous experience within an analytical capacity
- Previous experience in a business partnering capacity with excellent communication skills allowing you to liaise effectively at all levels of the business and with external parties
- Experience working in a multi-site environment
- Confidence with data modelling and therefore advanced Excel skills
- Good database understanding and SQL knowledge
- Experience with developing improved processes
